Ingredients and recipe
Take 2 cups of rice flour and add 2 spoons of besin powder now add cumin seeds chopped onions and chopped green chillies salt and water mix it well with hand or blender and keep it aside for 30mins ,her one thing to note is it should be in medium dosa consistency
Now take a dosa tawa add one table spoon of oil and pour above soaked batter like dosa (like round in shape) toast and roast it according to your taste and serve hot with tomato sause or green chutney
