Most of south indians prefer rice as their staple food and consume rice based diet which includes lunch and some times dinner also most of south indians prefer rice as their main meal, Rice meal also yums with different curries,tamarind based juices like sambar and rasam.
But Rice now a days is completely polished rice which means total rice’s top layer was removed in food processing which contains rich source of B-complex and also many other vitamins which mainly we require..But when top layer was missing we need to think and full of carbs makes us to put on weight
What is the main solution for this
