Ingredients
1) Carrot – 1/4 Cup
2) Pine apple – 1/2 Cup
3) Banana – 1/2
4) Lemon – 1/2 Tbsp
5) Ginger – 1/4 Tbsp
6) Turmeric – 1/8 Tbsp
7) water or almond milk – 1/2 cup
Mix all of the ingredients and make it cool for room temparature then can freeze it for 3 to 4 hours and serve chill,this can be served for any age group and consume alteast 3 to 4 times for a week
